It appears that the spoilt child David has appointed another non-entity of a  never before heard of, buddy as the  " Minister for New Media"!! We already have television, radio, newspapers, internet, just what in the name of the wee man is " New Media" ?? If there is any body out there in cuckoo land who has even the slightest inkling that they might, just might, mind you, have even used a toilet seat after this bloody cloud- 9- living dipstick, give the bugger a call, you never know, you might just end up never, ever having to have a "REAL" job in your life, he WILL invent a new "Quango", just for you!! GET ON IT!! You know it makes sense!!

If you want to talk about never needing a 'REAL' job then just call your labour luvies. They created thousands of 'none real jobs' when they were in office. As for quango's - well I think the raki must be dulling your memory.

Under Labour the horizon, as seen from the top of Ben Nevis was only 130 kilometres away. My policy is to progressively shift this, year by year, until it will be possible to see France from the mountain summit. In the second term of office the distance will increase so that it will be possible to see Turkey from an upstairs window of your house. This is called The Big Society.

Vote for me and see Turkey without having to pay air fares!

Stoop, I have only ever tasted that most disgusting of drinks once in  my "young"? life, never again. Memory banks have been checked, all O.K. & tickety boo, old bean, anything else??

Colwyn, just love your idea, & can confirm that I shall be looking into your "party" to check for allegiance to the chappie who has never even held a P45, but knows how to complete disability allowance claim forms, & is allowed to run the country ,(into the ground that is), if your party is devoid of this allegiance, I shall print the bloody voting papers myself!! :D[:o)][:o)]
Keith, I think it's starting to bear fruit, what?? : :): :) :o :o :o

Sorry Gordon, Horizon Shift is a Collision policy announced this morning by Condemned Deputy PM Nick Clegg. You didn't think I was making it up did you? Not so. This is authentic, official, pompous silliness.

Subject normal at H.Q. then, Colwyn. Ah well, sounds about right then for this lot of frikkin' dream merchants!!

Cleggs "Horizon Shift" :
He will:

1)   illustrate the problem of short-termism in our culture
" Short Termism"?, Ah, ConDem speak!

2)   argue for justice between generations and warn that we are in danger of failing the next generation
How many times have we heard this crap?

3)   describe ways of committing to the long term
Should ALL be committed for the LONG TERM!!

4)   examine the causes and symptoms of political myopia;
Should have gone to "Spec-Savers"!

5)   outline how the Coalition Government is shifting towards a longer-term perspective
Go on then, I dare you, your puppet master will stop you, Muppett
