Sunday night TV contrast

After the brilliant, classy,  and wonderful Downton Abbey  entertaining us for the last seven weeks at 9pm Sundays:D.... in total contrast we have starting this sunday at 9pm... the tacky, garbage, crappy ` Im a celebrity get me out of here` [:(!]
Sunday nights will not be the same:-\,   anyone agree ?

I agree (although both will be/were on in this household) but it's all about ratings and budgets I guess, one is popular and very cheap to produce, one is popular and very expensive. I suppose you need both when balancing the books.

love both !!!   haven't heard who is going in the jungle this year yet, but yes, I will miss Downton, which was brilliant, but I will also look forward to some light hearted giggles and 'people watching' in the jungle.   X Factor, followed by Celebrity .......how good can life get  ;): :):D

Downton will be back next year which is great. I pity the poor people in Scotland who don't have Sky as STV did not put Downton on.  It seems all the Scots with Sky have been watching it on London TV including us.  I also like "I'm a Celebrity" If you want to see you will appear read this link below.. Lembit Opik!!!! (like to see him in a box of spiders).

Love both of these programmes! Tacky yes, garbage Debatable. Sadly for us( not) we'll miss the start of I'm a celebrity as we're on holiday!

I hear that the object of my youthful fantasies, Britt Ekland,  is going in!
