Hi, I'm Tamzin & am new to CBF.

I am moving to Calis next month with my Turkish Husband & two year old Son.
We currently live in a small seaside resort 120KM SW of Antalya called Adrasan.

I am very much looking forward to moving & having a bit more to life than waiting for the power to come back on!

Hi and a warm welcome to the Forum :) Are you sure Adrasan is 120 km from Antalya? I would have put it at about 70km. Apologies if I have got it wrong :)

Hi Tamzin and welcome to CBF. Power supplies are not 100% in Calis but are hardly an issue  8) I'm sure that you, your husband and son will love it once you arrive  8)

Thanks to everyone for the warm welcome.

tribalelder you are correct I should have written 1 hour 20 mins away from Antalya. According to my Husband we are 90KM SW of Antalya. Goodness know I should know that I've been here five years! Whoops.

Yes the road is still holding up after the remedial work over the summer. The road surface however is already dreadful. Went up today to go shopping in Kumluca & the had been a mudslide but nothing like before.

Living here all year round is tough hence the move to Calis. Lovely in the Spring!

Hmm I may in touch about the satellite package. June here told me about hers & I like the sound of it.
