The title deed document for a property or land.

Shall I move this, what with it not being a new member introduction?

Yes Scunner you can take off now. That makes you sound like an aeroplane. I obviously meant the post.

Thanks

Don't worry Mike I was in tongue in cheek mood. Problem with your tapu or just wondering what the word was?

Mike your posting reminds me of my first introduction when I ventured onto the Forum, navigation gets easy the more you use it, especially with Scunners (Kieth) support!!

Also how a simple question likes your relating to your "Tapu" attracts such well informed observations, hints and pointers. I used the forum extensively when I made the purchase of my place in Ovacik, and as a result of the advice I received from helpful members, my purchase went really smoothly. The Company I purchased were impressed with my educated purchase prowess, i.e. asking the right questions, demanding this and that, including my Tapu before dosh handover, all down the advice of really helpful Forum members of course.

Happy postings and we hope you enjoy your new place in the sun as much as we enjoy ours

Kevin and Karen
