Hi Sunnyd

Do you charge for advice etc on newcomers buying property for the first time? We are thinking of buying a run down property in karagozler with amazing views, and lots of potential. Have you renovated before in fethiye or Turkey in general? We are looking at coming over beginning of June and would greatly appreciate advice.
Thanks in advance
Debbie

Make sure you have plenty of advice if buying an old property in Karagozler and esp Paspatur and behind, some are classed as listed buildings and you cannot renovate them by law, I knew a young lad of only about 30 years old who bought a place in that area with the idea of renovating Only to find he wasnt allowed to touch it and also couldnt have military clearance so he lost the lot, hed used an inheritance to buy it and was devastated

Hope yours goes well though You are obviously doing the correct thing in seeking legal advice first.
