I think it actually happens more often than we think. It appears to be quite common that people want to end up in their favourite places - customs around the world are probably very used to it. We took ashes out to Africa to scatter across Lake Kariba, and we encountered no problems at all, in fact the reverse. We were shown kindness and respect. A friend took ashes out to Indonesia - again, encountered no problems what so ever. I can think of no nicer place to rest than Turkey, and I've already found my special place for when the time comes !

My uncle wanted something similar so to save any embarrassment and difficulty at the airport I decanted him into 24 pepper pots. I had to fly from Manchester. I still can't believe I left him next to the knives and forks bit at the motorway service station.

I have a friend who misses her husband terribly - she has his ashes in a wooden box and has taken on ho,iday all over the world in her handbag. She takes him out for drinks, meals and after a few drinks can often be found introducing him to new friends.

A woman brings her husbands ashes home. As ahe walked through the kitchen holding the ashes in the casket close to her chest she began talkng to him. look she said to his ashes there is the kitchen shelf on the floor you promised to fix that and you didn't, There is the kitchen door still hanging loose you promised to fix that and didn't. She stood by the kitchen table, emptied out his ashes on the table and blew. Well there is the blow job I promised you.x:D

Yes me too.The scene where Joe is showing Antony's girlfriend holiday photo's...and she says they're nice, but have you got any of Mary when she was alive?
