Flights in and out of Dalaman start/ed this weekend.

Thomson flights to Dalaman start mid April and this year they have flights every day as opposed to 4 days a week last year.

This article claims holiday bookings were up 6% in January 2011

However I was wondering if the rising cost of living in the UK was affecting holiday bookings...

Just booked TC flights from Glasgow to Dalaman for April 4th - amazed at the amount of flights they have laid on for the first two weeks of the month - obviously loads still going on holiday from up north.

Well we're still coming! Despite me being made redundant in January and no prospect of a job on the horizon.  However, it's not as bad when you are our age and no mortgage and young children.  (and we've been through that too!) but we were determined we were still having our 2 weeks in Calis - roll on 6th May!
