I am in number 21, need furniture etc any ideas when we come over in May.

I am buying direct from Builder Hanel Houses, plan to rent it out as well. Anyone looked into their rental agreement? They want 20% for the full service seems a little steep but might be worth it if they can fill it up when we are not their.

Hi Barry - welcome to the forum

We have also agreed for Hanel to rent out our property on the Seaside development(also due for completion in May).Check your agreement again because my copy states 25% not 20%.

I am not totally convinced that they are properly geared up in their rentals department.I signed my agreement with them last July but they have not filled any slots for the coming season as yet.

Hi Pererhousby,
My agreement says 20% I will email it to you, but they have stated that this is the New Agreement. I also am not convinced that they are ready to do this I have asked for the contact details of the UK renting company but nothing heard as yet. Plenty of info in the property rentals area.
