Hi everyone, if I haven't introduced myself my name is Chrissie and my husbamd and myself live in Yesilkent village not far from Altinkum!
However, we have our villa up for sale as we want to see more of Turkey and have a base in the Fethiye area.
We have never been there but have researched extensively over the past year on places to live in Turkey and this area seemed to be what we want.
So, we are visiting the area around the 12th May for a couple of weeks to look around the area and are wondering whether any members have a villa or apartment in a very quiet area but with easy access for a dolmus to visit other places as we will be looking for a suitable area for long term rent.
We are a retired professional couple in our 50's, non-smokers and enjoy walking (not too far for the dolmus though!!).
Also, even if you don't have anything to rent your advice and tips on areas to settle in would be appreciated and of course suitability for winter living.
