I thought it was a good idea actually but people don't seem to use it.  i remember when a couple of questions were asked people were referred to CBF !

It's still a good idea  :)

I thought we could move discussions for the various areas of Fethiye area (Ovacik, Deliktas etc) to the new Fethiye forum and leave this one to concentrate on Calis. But it's not easy getting you lot to budge :D - I think ultimately a stand alone forum will always have it tough as it rarely generates it's own membership and the forum character and personality developes through exactly that. Most people who come to CBF come via google through other parts of the CB website rather than directly to the forum. The rest of the Fethiye site is nearing completion as we speak, with the forum as an integral part of that. This should bring some non-CBF members to the forum and we'll see where that takes us.

The big lesson learned is that CBF members are difficult to prise away. Something I can hardly be unhappy about  ;)

I think it has a lot to do with making friends and appreciating the daily interaction and banter.  If my mates aren't playing in one playground I'll go and find them in the other !!!!  Sorry, Keith, you simply can't beat CBF.  Its user friendly, clear to read and you can navigate around really easily, I found the new one quite difficult to grapple with  (but then i am a simple soul...):D

That's because it's the best way to gain  information, the members are always so helpful and knowledgable. Overall I would recommend this forum to anyone. CBF is the best.

Why thank you  :)

All this is very interesting to me, sadly. What I have gleaned from all the comments is that you need something more than a forum about another area to make people come. That is exactly what I am addressing and I hope when it is ready you will all come, not just once but every day, just like CBF   ;)
