Hi there, if you mean the prices at the food outlets then yes they are still very high. I was there just over a week ago it was 4.5 lira for a small water but it is probably similiar this on the flights I know it is 5 lira onboard Onur Air. Macdonalds was still ridiculous prices and pizza place wanted stupid amount for one slice I think it may have been 22 lira :)

I would have been amazed if they'd stayed the same.

There was also an English rep going to all the Onur Air check in desks and saying about the high prices of food and drink once you went thru passport control, he was saying if you were an Onur Air customer you could go upstairs to sounded like Burger King and show your boarding card and get a meal with a drink for 10 lira! then you would come back down the escalator and go thru to passport, thought I may as well do it as my drink would be nearly 5 lira but once I got up there and asked for the 10 lira offer I was told "Lady lady prices are normal, so never did see anyone getting a 10 lira meal offer, dont know whether it was a scam to get you up there and then they hoped you would spend your money anyway at the high prices, needless to say I did not but think some people were :)

Thanks for that Karen. We heard the h4u rep saying the same thing but decided to get "airside". Thought we might give it a go next time but maybe not now  8)
p.s. Just thought that next time if it happens I might challenge him to accompany us and get us our 10 ytl meal  :)

I am pretty sure it was a scam Ken as people were going up the escalator and for something to do whilst waiting to check in I was watching in that direction and the same people were coming back down quite soon in my opinion not long enough to have eaten a meal and had a drink, also when I was in the queue at burger king the people in front of me were defo being charged the full price as they bought one burger and the man seving said 15 lira they said 10 lira meal and he shrugged and said 15 lira.It is a bit naughty though surely they are not really allowed to do that[?]

I couldn't believe the long queues at the food outlets last week!
