As a new member I'm not sure if news of the self combustible Beko fridge freezers reached you . Some of them have caused around 20 house fires in London recently . The serial numbers are available on the Beko website and Beko say that they will replace / modify the offending component FOC . Personally , I'm looking for some with the wrong serial numbers since Brit Gas just upped their prices by 18 % for next winter

British Gas just said the increase is 24% on the UK news.
