It is plainly obvious that they are using this forum to enhance their claim.

Given that your opinion is clearly that this is a scam, can you explain to me what notice an insurance company would take of this (excellent as it is) Forum or any other Forum when settling a claim.:(

Lamornaboy are you complete Bodmin?

Just a idea that shot through my mind when I read your story but is it possible there is a bird, crow or such like, in your area that likes to fly in and carry off things?, might explain the wallet you found with money in.

Highlander, you wrote,

Absolutely none at all, why would they? This a forum where all members true names are not known. Add to this a so-called claim that ranks of something not quite "right". C'mon, who would steal bank and credit cards which can be stopped in less than 24 hours and then leave untraceable cash in the wallet?? Oh no, this does not scan at all and as for "this (excellent as it is) Forum", well pilgrim, this goes to show that nothing, absolutely NOTHING said against its members is acceptable to you.

Lamornaboy :) :)

Hey, did you re-read what you wrote?? Shows you do not read and inwardly digest the posts on this forum.

Two smileys tagged on the end didn't save you - you are far too confrontational and disrespectful for our friendly community. I note your username is an anagram. Goodbye, A Normal Yob.

Just for the record, that wasn't even the wallet they need to claim on their insurance for. They quite clearly said that they happened upon someone else's discarded wallet while looking for their own items. How could finding another wallet be evidence of an insurance scam!!! You have some neck, accusing others of misunderstanding what is written...
