Thanks Mark, I always check for an alternative number, unfortunate not always available or accurate.
Last night I got through to an engineer in the hanger instead of Thomas Cook head office!  Went to the Portsmouth branch today & have to say the lady in there was superb and that's all sorted.
Just all the others to deal with now!
