It is a printer it works the same as your ink jet printer but as it prints one layer it then moves down
And then prints the next layer to print this wrench is about 500 layers and about 6hrs
And cost about £200

Bargain! especially now the printer has been reduced in price to $59,999K  

I am totally enthralled by this technology, watched many different companies videos. At first I thought it was a wind up.

Can it print £50 notes:D[:o)]
