Property Company Enquiry
« on: October 12, 2011, 15:17:56 PM »
Hi Everyone, I'm new to this forum and just wondered if any members have had any dealings with Manzara Developers in Calis? Looking at a completed villa for sale at present and just considering.

Many thanks in advance

Jc

Hi JHC and welcome to CBF.

I haven't personally had dealings with Manzara but they have been very prolific with their house building programme in recent years, and it would seem that their properties are generally snapped up off-plan.  There are 2 developments with villas in Calis (one very close to the beach - one for sale there and the other is closer to the upside bridge/BM Blvd, again, one property for sale).

As far as I'm aware they are a good reputable company.  Good luck with your purchase!

Have a look at the Deliktas section - they look great and the ones in Calis seem to be a high quality build, great service but quite a few people are unhappy with the after sales service if something goes wrong.  Be sure your snagging list is dealt with before you move in.

A new Manzara developement of 5 villas is about to be built in a field next to my villa. Since they have cleared the land a large lake has appeared. The area around my villa has become flooded and I have not had to water the garden at all during the summer, infact a lot of the plants have rotted away and my villa suffers from rising damp.
Although Manzara pumped out the area and filled with rocks the lake has still come back. I would be interested on how they intend to build on this. It appears that it will take a great deal of material to raise the ground high enough to overcome the flooding. I fear for what will happen when they are built and all the swimming pools are emptied.

We had a lake near to our villa that was filled in since then every winter our villa is flooded and the apartments that were built the are now leaning at a crazy angle 3 of them cannot be lived in.
