Can anyone tell me if it is possible to pay my electricity bills online? Or do I have to set up a direct debit?
Thanks in advance  ;)

Not sure about online as such but if you use internet banking you can. We pay ours by using the Garanti bank cash machine. No commission to pay.

Hi Mark. With most banks you just take your first electric bill down to the bank and they will pay that one for you and then set you up a direct debit. If you have internet banking then you can check up to see if it has been paid as sometimes they "forget". just make sure that there is enough money in your current account to cover the bills each month. You can also check online with Aydem to see if you owe them money. just put in your service number which is on your bill.

If you don't want a direct debit and want to use the cash machine it is dead simple. When the screen opens just press the pay a bill button and a selection of which ones comes up. Click on electric and then a box will open for you to put in your customer number. Thats all there is to it.
