Help needed regarding damaged baggage.
« on: November 02, 2011, 07:49:13 AM »
Hi All.
My wife returned to Turkey a couple of days ago and brought my guitar back with her. After arriving at Dalaman, the guitar case was damaged. She got the receipt from the baggage handlers and we are not trying to get the insurance claim sorted. The problem is that the insurance company want the damage to be assessed by a reputable dealer. Does anyone know where there is a guitar shop that sells guitar cases?
Many thanks.
Chris.

One behind Sok in the new pedestrianised part. If you stand with your back to McDonalds, walk through the small car park opposite, with Balaban chemist on the corner on your left, take the first left into the pedestrianised area and shop is on your right, called StudioM. English spoken.
