Well just back from Istanbul. Awesome place. Weather not all that but it kept the crowds away. Really pleased we decided to stay in Sultanahmet yes it was touristy but we did go over to Taksim and mooch but very pleased with with our choice. The tram and tunnel very easy to use. The shopping was amazing ( not the Grand Bazaar) but the shops outside of it where the locals go, mesmerising. Highly recommend Istanbul!
