Right section or not? We had two fantastic meals at Friar Tucks Ovacik. One on Xmas day and the other on New Years Eve.The staff couldn't do enough for us. Well done! thoroughly enjoyed both.

It is the same every year Lance. Lots of people advertising. Lots of people going out for Xmas Lunch and the New Year and then silence. I know that it was very quiet but someone must have a review from somewhere. Maybe its because they went to their favourite restaurants and were dissapointed but dont want to say so?

We went to the Winehouse in Uzumlu, had a delicious meal, huge Prawn vol au vent, ( or soup)  spring roll, rack of lamb which was cooked to perfection, vegetables, and profiteroles. ( or whisky & marmalade bread & butter pudding or apple strudel)

All perfectly cooked, there was a chicken option too and those that chose it said it was lovely.
Unlimited local alcohol was included in the price.

so where did you go Lance, we havent seen your review !
Great evening, dancing after the meal. Ian & Sener were the perfect hosts as usual.

All in all a brilliant way to see the New Year in, with lovely friends.

We went onto our local bar The Little Escape and had a few drinks and nibbles and a quiz with our friends.New Years eve we went to Great Escape then onto the Little Escape for a dance and a few drinks. All in all a good time was had by us.

Ihad a great time at Bostans. The buffet was replenished all night and a free cocktail on arrival.1950's swing music for starters then on to party music.Pity only 4 of us arrived in outfits for the 1950's hollywood theme.Brought in the New Year with several renditions of Auld Lang Syne and large party poppers!!!!The restaurants Christmas theme had been change into a hollywood theme with pictures of old hollywood movie stars, projectors, clapperboards and stars and the stairs leading down to reception had red curtains draped across them. All courtesy of Carols artistic streak.Plenty room to let our hair down and have a good 'bop'.
