Translate CBF into Other Languages

I have added a translate button so any page can be read in a wide range of languages including German, Russian, Dutch, Lance (Double Dutch) and of course Chinese. Here it is:




and here we are discussing Scotland, with BM06 and me showing off our great Turkish (me with my new name and title "Begenilmeyen sey
Fore Yönetim Kurulu Baskani"):




I'm sure it won't be perfect but it must be better to have than not have - Vietnamese CBF visitors have struggled up till now probably.
