Thomson Cruise - stopping in Fethiye

Not sure if this is usual but was interested to see this cruise itinerary - they are stopping in Fethiye (but just once during the whole year!).  Is this the first time or have they stopped in Fethiye before?

I actually quite fancy that - anyone care to babysit two kids in April?  ;)

I like the laid back choices too:

Friday, Fethiye - TURKEY  08:00 - 18:00

Venture out of Fethiye to explore the ruins of Ephesus, an ancient Greek city that dates back to the 1st century AD.

That would be one tiring day, going to Ephesus and back between 8am and 6pm, I wonder which transfer company they use  ;)

After Saturday's events in Italy I would NOT venture onto ANY cruise ship. I'm even having doubts about the Calis Boat taxi !  Ha ha ha.

Lynne it is their repositioning cruise on the Celebration, we are going from Marmaris in May for a week, only calls in Fethiye once a year.

my neighbours went on it from Fethiye last October when it repositioned itself from the western to the eastern med/egypt etc.  It was reasonably priced and they had a fab time, said it was great, good food, good entertainment etc. Then they flew back from there.

Great itinerary of stops. Quite fancy this trip myself - though once in Fethiye I might struggle to go back on board again!
