Yes, went through that asked for ref, not the 5293- one, but the x11 one.then it asks for email contact and lead passenger name.

Does anybody know if it is still necessary to reconfirm flights? I can't find any reference to this on my paperwork. Thanks in advance.

Marggie - Brenda didn't reconfirm her flights with flythomas cook when she was over 24 May - 07 June.

I also got an email today declaring the flight back had modified, but when I looked it was the same time period as at the first try they modified it.
