Yes I agree, his wa*king advice has always been well thought of. He knows his stuff - he once wa*ked the Lycian Way (and that isn't the easiest way to wa*k!).

When I'd completed my wa*k, I decided never to wa*k that far again. I've never been so sore after wa*king. Now, I just stick to short wa*ks.
