What plonkers! They decide to increase our payments by £20 per month even though we were in credit. I complain and they relent, reduce the ddm and give me £30 credit off my next bill.
Then they take out the extra £20 on our direct debit. I write to complain and ask for it back - plus reduce the debit to the agreed amount. What do they do? They reduce the debit, apply the extra £20 to the account and give us an extra £20 credit on top.
