20 minutes from the Oyster residences apparently although I seem to recognise it from somewhere else

It's not so much the temperature as the humidty, 57 percent according to MSN weather site.

Yes, last night it was 74% here in Uzumlu.  I dread to think what it was in Fethiye.  But, as I say,  I don't understand that there are sites on the net giving temperatures considerbably lower than that photo.

If you believe accuweather, at the mom they are showing showers on Tuesday & a possible thunderstorm on Wednesday. That would be fantastic if it happens

The temps they gıve are always ın the shade temps. On our balcony at the mo (4.30pm) ıt ıs 33 degrees ın the shade. I was ın Fethıye today and boy was ıt hot. My wet towel wrapped round a bottle of frozen water came ın very handy.

Good tip Quackers, Chris wets a clean tea towel and then wraps it around one of those blue ice blocks you get with a freezer bag and pops that into a plastic bag. It comes in as a life saver when out and about in this heat.
