I read that. Not sure I believe it as they seem to change advice so often.

Add some apple vinegar to a glass of water and you have a natural (and cheap) way to get your cholesterol down.

I took statins for a number of years, they did not reduce my cholesterol level and caused severe muscle weakness, so I stopped .

Unfortunately my insurance company refused life cover unless I continued.
