People Missing this year...Where have they gone?

People missing from the prom this year.  . Where have they gone?
Firstly, the flower man, stocky bald guy with a moustache.  Always bought flowers off him and saw him in June, no sign of him this year.  Really missed my bunches of flowers. Asked in Georges about him and they said they also have not seen him for a while.
Secondly, the badly crippled man who comes down the prom selling bracelets, he is usually accompanied by one of his children.
Thirdly, the deaf girls who put sale items on the restaurant tables and a card to explain they are deaf, always used to buy something from them. Have not seen the for a long time.

Jacqui. The somewhat brachycephalic flower seller is still regularly plying his trade in Calis. You must have just missed him! The Deaf people are here too, but not as often as in previous seasons.
I have not seen the " bangle man " though.

we saw the deaf girls this but not the other two.my friend bought some things from them

I saw the flower seller in May. I always find him a little to polished for the prom   No deaf people selling lighters that last till they are out of sight though, I hadn't even realised till I read your post. I can't think of the last time I saw them - a few years for sure.

saw the flower seller most evening in July both at the prom and up by merry bar , deaf people aslo  but cant remember seeing the other old man.

Flower seller, spoke to him on Monday, the deaf sellers are stil around, last night, chatting away and listening on one of the back strets of calis;-))

Well, glad the flower seller is still around, so, he must have taken a couple of weeks off when I was there this time.   Have not seen the deaf girls for a long time though.

We saw the bangle man at the top end of the prom by The Letoon in August but only once in 4 weeks.

The deaf girl is really deaf. My friend is a deaf teacher and conversed with her in sign language. We saw her last week.

the flower man was in the piano bar last week and the deaf girl was in the meeting point 23rd sept i bought 2 turtles
