If you book with TC you still contact them (TC) to pre book ask questions, or anything else you require; if you book direct with pegasus as we did then we contacted them (Pegasus) direct, not TC.
Booking with pegasus your allowances are more, I can be sat next to a TC customer and they will have 15kg hold luggage where I am a Pegasus customer and have 20kg luggage. Therefore, if I have a request or question I would contact Pegasus (who I made my booking with) not TC (as you have booked with).

Loz, i didnt know you could book Pegasus from ABZ, the baggage allowance on the Pegasus tickets were 15kg and the allowance with TC is 20kg, i queried this with TC and they said it was 20kg on the Pegasus flight from ABZ, any problems pay the difference and we will refund, we didnt have any problem either going out or on return journey with allowance. In my earlier post i explained we were delayed/cancelled on one of the flights, all the correspondence ref to this was done through TC, we recieved a £50 payment for refreshments, taxis etc as a gesture, i am not finished with them yet, so will keep chasing them for payment for cancellation but not holding my breath.

I don't know about ABZ, but do know that Pegasus change destinations and departures throughout the year, obviously depending on seats available.  At the moment I do not have the option of leaving from Gatwick, it is now Standstead; maybe the same for Aberdeen.

As TC lease the whole plane for ABZ then they honour the 20KG allowance, where as the TC site is usually only 15KG.
When we book and fly Pegasus we have 20kg hold luggage, when talking with passengers on the same flight who have booked TC they have 15KG and less hand luggage allowance than ourselves. With Pegasus I have to keep going to their site as they do change departures and destinations often and can easily be missed.
Keep up the badgering and get the result you are happy with.

How about it you book with T.C. don't know they have sub-contracted and then try to speak to someone and get bounced around from Flythomas Cook to Thomas Cook who both tell you to ring the other one.  Eventually you ring Pegasus. twice. only to be told they don't have a flight from Aberdeen!!  So you go to the Trading Standards who get in touch with T.C. and are amazed that T.C. have not informed their customers that they are not flying with them (T.C.) and are further frustrated that customers booked on the T.C. subcontracted flights cannot speak to anyone to get information.   Eventually,  someone high up in T.C. tell you that they do not pass on flight information to  Pegasus until 72 hours before the flight, so no customers can get in touch or get any information before that time. Then you are further told to go to Pegasus Website two days before the flight and you will be able to books seats etc.,  I did this and had to become a member before I could access the seat booking facility once I did there were no flights showing from Aberdeen.(  I even tried a few hours before we left.)
I emailed Pegasus they told me they were sorry to hear my problems and would get some information and get back to me.  Guess what? after 6 contacts, Pegasus did not get back to me..  So basically, everyone has to go to the airport hours before their flight to make sure they get seats together etc.
To sum up,  I have checked the Pegasus Website and no flights are showing from Aberdeen,
