The class is off to-day it is just too wet. we were hoping that we were going to get away with it to-day but then the rain starts again !!!
Lets all hope that next week is better (starting on Sunday for the xmas fair) Hope to see you on Monday x

I am sure you all know but the rain again has put paid to our class again to day .. But the forecast is looking better for Tuesday so we will be doing the class then instead.
I hope to see some of you there if you are not at home building your boats (ha ha) Jan

Hi all I am sure that the weather this winter is trying to keep us fat what with all this rain!!

But Steve has been over to the Kaan and has said that it is safe & dry enough to do the class inside to day. so hope to see you to day if not see you on Friday the last class before the Christmas pud & New Year drink holiday.

Can you please tell me whether these exercise classes are still taking place and if so can you give me the details as to what classes are on when, where, times etc?

Mel they are on Mondays and Fridays start at 10.30am at Kann Hotel.

There is also a circuits class at the Kaan hotel on Wednesday at 10.30 if you fancy a change to the step class.
