Kann Exercise to Music Class

Yes it’s that time of year again!! The Kann’s exercise to music classes are starting on Friday 2nd November at 10.30am 

There are some changes this year we will be doing the Exercise to music classes on Monday & Friday at 10.30 (if it rains on Monday we will move it to Tuesday)
Also on Wednesday at 10.30 we will be doing a Circuit training class (you can get hubby to do this one with you more macho)

Might even consider the Wednesday class for myself, but you'll need to check the floor is strengthened.

I am sure that Mrs Tickets will enjoy the Mon/Fri class and you might find you would to (we have men come to this class the oldest 74yrs) but if you only want to try the Wed that is fine both classes are as hard as you want (you can always work up) hope to see both of the used tickets there. Oh on your 1st class come 15mins or so early so we can have a talk about any probs/ fitness.

I would like to say a big big thanks to you all that came to to-days class you all worked very hard. We had a very high turn out to-day so Steve will be making more boxes and we will be getting more weights for next week.
You all done very well and it was nice to see some new faces as well as some more men.

Sorry we could not make it back yet.  Fi and her Mum are both down with the lurgy at the moment.  when they are back on their feet we will be back.

Hi all
Could you all have a look in your keep fit bags to make sure that you have not picked up the wrong purse in error, As one of our new ladies Sharon lost her purse at the keep fit today. I know it is a long shot but i am just hoping this has happend in the rush to get away before Steve thinks about starting another work out.
It was a good class and you all worked very hard it was just a sad end and the 1st time this has every happend. It may be a good idea just to bring as little money as you need to the class
