Onur Air
« on: October 21, 2012, 11:14:20 AM »
Dose anyone know if it is possible to book flights with Onur somehow! We really want to go to Turkey for new year Thomas Cook have an outward flight but nothing back in time for hubby and son to get to work apart from Turkish Airlines stopping in Istanbul for 16 or so hours. I know Onur used to fly Gatwick to Dalaman in the winter months, I have looked on their website and they only seem to have flights from Turkish airports to Turkish airports. We are desperate to go as hubby has the week off but need to be able get back! Many thanks for any help   :)

Try searching the dates/route on Skyscanner Karen - not 100% sure it will work but they do list Onur...

Thanks Keith had a look at that earlier and there is just the Istanbul stopoff which originally we were going to do but the hotels are asking stupid prices as it will be New Year at the time we would arrive in Istanbul.Don't think it will be happening but thanks again for the link   :)

Could you not fly in to Stansted? Pegasus fly Dalaman - Istanbul - Stansted and the stop is only 55 minutes.

Our Jo saw some Onur Air aircraft at Manchester for a few weeks after the Aegean crash but none now. If you look at arrivals and departures on the Dlalman website it seems that Onur Air are doing most of their business with The Netherlands.
