The group now meet a bit earlier (8am, same meeting place) as it's very hot.

I must say that we have gone along a couple of times, and it has been a fab morning.  Well worth getting up early for!  The group are very friendly and welcoming.  You will really enjoy it - I just wish we were able to spend more time in Calis, and we would definitely be regulars.

How far normally is the bike ride that you do ?  If we want to join you all do we need to message someone as there does not seem to be current up dates on here as to where the meet is every week, or is it always Enyas at 8am?
