Solicitor?
« on: February 27, 2013, 08:08:47 AM »
Can anyone please recommend a solicitor to deal with problems with neighbours?  The Zabita have been round to my apartment and have explained that I need to go to the police with a solicitor and then to court.  Also, any idea of cost?  It really is ridiculous - I bought the apartment 3 months ago because it had a garden.  The upstairs neighbour (only 3 apartments) will not allow me to sit in the garden - he keeps moving my chairs back in front of my apartment.  He seems to think he owns everything.  Seriously fed up with it.  Any help would be much appreciated.  Thanks.

I have no idea of costs as my issue was not with neighbours. I do know that Hayel sorted out a neighbour issue for some friends in Fethiye centre. She is very nice and will explain everything as she goes a long. Worth a call and a visit - her office is on the road behind Alo 24 in Calis

I can also recommend Şule and she will not go to court unless absolutely necessary believing that most disputes and legal problems can be sorted with out doing so which potentially will save you money.

2 years ago it cost our sitesi 50tl to issue court papers. We didn't actually have to attend court, as the issuing of papers did the trick

My solicitor is fab, she is Ozlen Ozergin Sukayar, office in Ramos House Fethiye on the new harbour.  Just ask for Ozlen, we have used her for the past 8 years for all our legal requirements.  Speaks good English and not too expensive.  Tell her you are a friend of Chris and Paul Gallagher.

Not sure she deals with the sort of problem you have but give her a ring.
