Is This Sexual Harassment?

On Channel 5's 'The Wright Stuff' this morning (I didn't watch it, I listened to it) one of the topics was discussing sexual harassment. One panelist (I'm not sure who she is) made a shocking admission that she had been sexually harassed - live on TV on the Wright Stuff! This happened when she appeared previously apparently.

She explained what happened.

The other guest/celebrity appearing on the show drew what she described as something like "a specific part of his anatomy" on a piece of paper and quietly passed it across the desk to her while the cameras were rolling and the programme was going out live. She was very shocked and offended apparently.

Now I'm all against sexual harassment (and all other harassments) - but surely what actually happened was he drew a willie to try and make her laugh/spook her into getting an amusing reaction on live TV?

Is this sexual harassment? .......I think I have a stalker.....some woman pops up on the 'singles looking for a date' add on CBF called Rebecca. She's sitting on her/a bed etc with the words something like "Rebecca is only 3 miles from you". It comes up on my laptop at home and on my work computer.... she must be following me ?

I think Rebecca is being quite sensible, no matter where you are, she is stalking you from a safe distance of three miles.

This thing is going too far now.  A drawing on a bit of paper is not sexual harrassment.   I wonder was this worman a certain Miss L Turner??  If so, I am not surprised at her saying that.
Bewva, That woman only lives 3 miles from me as well.  With my local Geography she must be camped in a field, she will be cold  this morning.

I don't think it is funny. It sounds like very immature behaviour to me and perhaps more a reflection of his own feelings of sexual inadequacy. I don't know who any of these people are but if this was live TV I think I would have picked up the paper and shown it to the camera and made some remark about how he wished!!! I wonder if he would have thought it so amusing then. Sad barsteward are words that come to my mind.

I think it is indeed immature behaviour, which I must applaud. It most certainly wasn't sexual harassment behaviour. She didn't mention who the celebrity was, but I can imagine a comedian or someone doing such a thing in a private attempt to get a reaction on live tv - it was a cartoon willy sketch, not "here is a sketch of what my penis looks like, what do you think of it".

To call this sexual harassment dilutes the seriousness of real examples of it.
