If it's exactly the same holiday why on earth would you pay  £ 140.00 more.

If there are differences, then in my opinion you should have said what they are.

If its the same holiday, same departure airport, more or less the same flight times and with a known safe company [ as can be ]  id go with the cheaper option .
Prime example available last friday ,.from gatwick
  Sunshine uk  14 nights b/b 20kg bags & and transfers to Kann Hotel 8th june £664 total for 2 persons.
  travel republic  same date     ect ect as above                                               £768 total  for 2 persons..
  i know which one id go with    :)

If it is a real company then yes.  If it is a Turkish waiter I would say no.
