That's the word I would use - bizarre.

Someone who thinks they are not in the least confrontational, telling a forum that they have experienced not one incidence of humour, and that everyone apart from them obviously hasn't got the intelligence to get a fairly bland joke. That's non-confrontational in a nutshell.

Jim Fraser, your nasty comment has left me with a sleepless night. There was and is, no need for it.

When I joined this Forum, did I read somewhere that all members are to treat other members with respect?  I'm sure I
    did !!

If you want to make facetious comments about me would you mind keeping them away from here because I have
done nothing hurtful to you and I would appreciate a little courtesy. I realise that having arguments and bickering
makes the world go round for some but it does not apply to me.

Okay, I am new here but that gives you no excuse to be rude. There have been ladies here and I may forget some,
such as Marggie, Jacquie, Angela, and Toky who have been happy to help me. Such is the spirit of a forum. I fear you
may have lost sight of that.

   Thank you.

Oh my - I would never, and actually did not make any nasty comment aimed at anyone, and the word facetious can mean something that is not taken seriously, which was and is my intent.
And as for being able to help you - I can assure you I would if at all possible on any matter, so to say I have lost sight of that is to put it simply - you being wrong.
The topic section was a ''FUN'' one and no assistance or help were requested.

That'll be why I don't get it then. I'm not bland enough.

Here's a low intelligence one for you.

I bought the Pope a gift voucher to celebrate his new appointment. I got him a cardinal.

no malice or suchlike was intended by my reply
I don't think Mrs B meant you Jim since you hadn't made a nasty reply. Perhaps she(?) confused your reply with that of Ronzeus.
