CBF and the Fun Pub - To Be Crystal Clear and Put This to Bed

I would like to let members know that following an 18 page discussion on the new fun pub - where members showed interest, support and queries -  we received specific and direct threats to hack CBF and rid the World of it forever.

I would like to say that I have had conversations with the owners and am sure they have no involvement in making, supporting or even knowing about these threats.

They were made by something of a local expat loner without their knowledge and they are as disappointed as I am that such threats were made in their name.

I have no further comment to make, other than to say how charming a couple Volkan and Jo appear to be, and how I hope, from the bottom of my heart, that they succeed greatly in shaking up a fairly dull seafront  

If that isn't clear enough for anyone, tough!

I wish them all the luck and success in their endeavours, as I've been there.  Mrs Tickets and I used to be proud proprietors of a seafront restaurant and pub in Brighton.  I'll put my money where my mouth is and give the place a try next time we're down the beach this week.

Although  it's a sad day when some numpty loony tunes issues threats because they either lack the intellect or are so full of self hate to see that this new establishment got a whole heap of free advertisement to the right audience, from a thread that was both entertaining and informative.

Right on the button UBT - the people starting this venture told me they were delighted with the numerous pages of free advertising - right up till someone decided to use their business as an excuse to threaten to hack CBF. Let's hope we can give them more pages of encouragement, interest and questions  

I will visit if I get the chance when I am there. All pubs are fun pubs when I'm in them
