The guy in the booth may help but he does not have any antique clocks in his booth. The problem is now, the parts for old clocks are no longer made, so a person who specialises in antique clocks will make parts himself and also buy up old clocks to use the bits from them. If your clock is an antique you really need a specialise restorer. If it's a British Clock parts for it may not be available in Turkey.
If it's an expensive clock be careful who you leave it with. Incidentally, anything described as "Antique" must be 100 years or more old, not sure about Turkey, but it's law in the U.K.
