Them "dolphins" are actually porcelain blue and white birds. I cannot see them surviving the season. especially when the main school holiday brings all sorts "souvinier hunters"

not been right up close so just assumed they were blue dolphins, no drama though. Did wonder myself though how long they would last

Ladies & Gentlemen, We have a Road

was so nice being able to go from Calis to Gunlukbasi last night without detouring round all the back rounds, so much more comfortable on the bike  :)

Well finally after 5 new inner tubes in as many months I can now ride with ease down BM.  Am happy in the fact there are no 18inch kerb stones, that you need to abseil down.  Am happy knowing that when the "rains" come we wont need waders. Not sure dogs will be happy lol.  Now the water will go down storm drains and into a proper drainage system.

Yes its taken ages(but so did the upside down bridge_
Yes our homes are full of dust (you can have it for breakfast lol)
Yes its been extremely frustrating for traffic
Yes I am very happy with our ornamental roundabouts, up our end we had a rusty metal ball, that years ago, had lights on!!!
Yes progress has been painfully slow
Yes, But this is Turkey, they do sometimes get there in the end

And No, we are no longer the arse end of Fethiye

Think we should have a "street" party to celebrate!!!!!
