Cycle tracks - Muammer Aksoy Blv - thats the one from the tax office roundabout to the old KiPA is being fitted with one, but only on one side of the road, so looks like the BMB rumour may be correct.

Went up BMB yesterday and I thınk the blocks are for flower beds rıght down the mıddle of the road.

I think you will find  the blocks are for the for drainage channels along each side of the road,

If you think BMB is bad, have  a walk up to Gunlukbasi, walked up there yesterday, from the top bridge(dalaman Rd) there isn't a pavement either side you can walk on, I made it up to Seckin,s had a drink, only 5 people in the restaurant, not a holiday maker,tourist, in sight anywhere. went as far as melisa, genpa, still no pavements, had enough, did,nt fancy playing Russian roulette walking on road again so got taxi back, good punchline from the driver, said good business for him when nobody walking. and this was 2-30 pm, what on earth is happening to this place?.

  unfortunately you could have walked going as far to the Fethiye Olu Deniz junction and you still would not have a paved area to walk on.

We now have laid curb stones down both sides of the road.
Looks like there may well be light at the end of the tunnel.
