I've been thinking about this for a while and more so with the lady posting that she was a little worried to be going out to restaurants and sitting alone.

I think the pin badge idea we had before is a great way to let people know you are on CBF but in a small, discreet way. I am thinking something along these lines (traditional fastener rather than pin badge type to make them thin for posting):
Price would work out at a couple of quid each including postage - that is reasonable but I would have to order a couple of hundred and pay for them up front and while I am happy enough not to make a profit, I don't want to be lumbered with half of them and lose money either
