It's more about the word 'abuse' and what it covers. Having worked amongst minor celebs and artistes in my teens/early 20's, things happened that today could come under the umbrella of abuse. At the time, most of us just slapped away unwanted attention. I also knew people that were 'star-struck' and didn't do much slapping.
So, in answer to your question, no it's not just Tarby.
