There's been a misunderstanding - not everyone, just a few members.

THIS IS NOT BADGES FOR SALE

This is a sweepstake trying to raise up to £100 for 3Cs so they get their badges to sell without having to pay up to£100 for them.

We will be selling the badges at a later date, they don't exist yet.

£2 buys you a sweepstake place. If you win, you get twenty quid. The rest goes to pay for the badges 3C will then sell to raise charity cash.

It was probably my Scottish accent but I seem to have confused some people.

If you have promised to participate to date you have agreed to pay £ 2.00 for a golfer in a sweepstake. You have not promised to buy a badge.

The proceeds of the sweepstake will be used to purchase badges which will be supplied free to the Charity for them to sell and thus raise money for the children.

I apologise if that wasn’t clear and if anyone misunderstood and wants to withdraw from the sweepstake then just let me know.

Of course I would hope that doesn’t happen and that as well as taking part in the sweepstake you buy a badge.
