I'm pinning my hopes on you without badgering you
« on: May 08, 2013, 17:40:28 PM »
Quote for pi55y on the CBF Pin badges “And yes the 3C's would be delighted to act as distributors for the badges at our charity shop on Calis prom if people are able to pick them up from there”.

As usual the 3C’s step forward unconditionally and offer their help with an initiative.

But I think we could all agree that they give more than enough of their time already.

So, may I suggest we give them a helping hand and raise enough money to provide them with a free supply of CBF pin badges for them to sell so that they can put all of the proceeds into their wonderful work.

Sweepstakes appear to be quite popular so I’ve set one up for the US Open Golf Tournament.

The Qualifying Rounds are taking place at present but 52 players have pre-qualified and I have randomly allocated a number to each of those.

If you are kind enough, all you have to do is chose a number(s) and donate £ 2.00 for each. There will, of course, be a prize for the winner.

I was extremely grateful that we managed to find donors for 40 horses in the recent Grand National Sweepstake.

Can we go one better and get 52 for this sweepstake – knowing the generosity of Forum members I think we can. I certainly hope so.

Thank you

THIS IS A BIT OF FUN SWEEPSTAKE TO RAISE MONEY FOR THE 3Cs - IT IS NOT SELLING THE CBF BADGES - THAT WILL COME IN A FEW WEEKS

Thank you for getting us off to a great start bluwise

The present Mrs H picked 24, 38 and 51 for you.

And being first to pick you have been rewarded with 3 good golfers.

Will reveal their names later.

Great stuff - I'll let the 'armchair golfer' in the lounge know.

Thanks Jim - Brenda picked 15 and 42 for you.

One hot favourite and a decent outsider.

Great to see our regulars supporting the kids again.

How about some of you who have never got involved joining in? It's funny, so many people tell me how much they enjoy CBF or how it really helped them. If you enjoy CBF or have received good (FREE) advice, why not go mad and spend two quid. You only live once.

Thanks.

Thanks "H"  and the lovely Brenda.   I like 35, in fact I stuck at that age a long time ago. Do we pay again through Keith's Paypal Account?? ;D
