I know of someone who has booked AI in the Bahar for September £514.00 each for a package deal for two weeks.  Flying from England.

The reviews I recall recently (from 2012 season) have been remarkably positive. Far better than the other AI option in Calis - the old Hotel Aries, now Orient Resort Hotel, which remains fairly awful by most accounts.

Major refurb over the winter, so should be good room wise.

Well you will be lucky with the location, I can promise you that much  :)

At least if it's a bit repetitive, it isn't one of those AI hotels miles from anywhere - use the AI bar for a few looseners and head out onto the prom - I'm sure you'll have a great holiday  :)

I stayed there on my last visit in Aug/Sep 2011. I found it to be a friendly, well-run hotel. I was a bit dubious as to whether I'd made the right decision or not. I needn't have worried. Ideal location, nice rooms and good food. I wasn't tethered to the place either. Most evenings I'd visit various bars/restaurants, then return for a 'nightcap'! Mind you, the bar closed at 11pm prompt. That was no problem, as there are plenty of others that don't!  ;D

:D :D :D. Sorry to have to disappoint you ladies. The only similarity between the object of your desires, and myself, is that we share the  same hair colour.  :(   ;)
