Has car rental gone up or about same?
« on: May 20, 2013, 18:26:43 PM »
Been offered a diesel car with CDW and HDW for £25 per day in June for up to 10 days and £23.30 per day for
12 days. Last year for a small Diesel including CDW/HDW it was £22 a day for 10 days. That is more than a 10% increase?

Have rental cars gone up in Calis? Bet he doesnt keep records, but I do!  :)

I emailed Pegasus for a price for a weeks rental in June and was quoted £130.  He didn't mention petrol or diesel though.

Good grief who on earth is Hamish Mcturk?? Interesting name, bit like silly people
calling their kids "Omar McChonochie" ??

Well 60YTL is about £22.50? If that was Diesel and included CDW/HDW it is abiut
the same as I was quoted finally so it looks as if pricing is about the same as last year
or thereabouts if you shop around, throw yoyur toys around and lay on the floor
and kicj and scream as I do --- and that is just to get the free glass of Cay!  :)

Yes I had been offered some silly price like 80Ytl but I couldt reply laughing
that loud  :)

Mind you, if they knew I was heading for Cappadocia and points East they may have paled a tad  :)
