I know it is a bit late ( we have been a bit busy recently

) but have finally got around to taking the Chill Out Calis piccies off the camera.
For those who have forgotten the event, it took place a week ago and was the 3C's contribution to the Fetav Fest activities.
Over 200 people chilled out at the beach party which was held at Guven's Restaurant. With entertainment as varied as reggae and Caribbean sounds from local musician Bert of Calypso Bar in Hisaronu, opera from UK opera singer Tony St. John who performed his “Pavarotti” tribute act and music from songbird Shelley and DJ Gordon to traditional folklore dancing, a fire dancer and belly dancer, there was something to suit everyone’s tastes. Add to that a delicious BBQ provided by Guven’s, from which they donated 5TL from each meal to our charity, and a finale of fireworks - the event was a huge success which helped to raise 1600 TL to help fund projects for local children.
Well here are the piccies

Bert and his son who gave a a great laid back performance of reggae and caribbean sounds during the afternoon and all for free for our charity (great music - catch him at his bar, the Calypso Bar, in Hisaronu

Our beach shack stall which did a great trade in swimsuits and other sun, sea and sand products

Pavarotti aka British opera singer Tony St. John who flew in from UK especially to perform at the BBQ and Fetav Fest, and who again donated his services for free for our charity
