Carole & Tayfun 12 Islands Boat Tour - Great Value

We went again today on our favourite operator - fabulous day - picked up on time in an air conditioned bus - very nice guide (Chrissy) who has done this for a few years now and makes you all very welcome. Food - simple and very good - not trying to over-complicate it - lovely big boat - reasonably priced drinks - Cappuccino 4tl - Efes 7 tl - Soft Drinks 4tl etc. - same bus there to take us home - picked up 9.30am - fed - dropped off 7pm - £11   

We always book on-line so it is £11 for a full day - we also book 2 at a time which means you get a "free" Gocek Sunday Tour - (you pay £2 to cover pick up costs) - but no meal on that trip for £2     Some people today had paid £14 with tour companies and no Gocek offer - so remember on-line is better and easy - you get confirmation e-mails back.

We have done these with the same company for 7 years now - yes - we have had one or two problem days (out of about 50) - but overall - they give you a great day out.
I know others will say "they let us down once" but hey - they move a lot of people.

It sounds like an advert and I suppose it is - but before we left the harbour today Tayfun was saying the season had started very slowly and I would hate to see this guy go.
He has not asked me to put anything on the forum and I don't know if he comes on!

In addition to that we had a spot check by Health & Safety officers today who delayed us a few minutes more which clearly worried Tayfun a little - as it would any business owner in the UK - but he was given the all clear and half of me said "this is a good thing" - so there you go - great day

I think the boat owners are getting more greedy than ever this year. 7 Lira for a small beer is taking the proverbial!!!

It's obviously a personal opinion (and very welcome) but there is a difference between not asking you do it and specifically asking you not to do it

We had such a lovely day - I only drink Cappuccino / Water - so very pleased to pay less than I do on the promenade - so very happy.

I also told the 2 lovely people we met to join CBF as they have fallen in love with the area after this holiday and were thinking of looking into buying - I told them to join CBF as soon as they get home and look to rent for 6 months first
