internet speed

just done the ttnet internet speed test upload was a pathetic 0.20mbps download was 0.13mbps, is anyone else suffering the same I am in calis, any tips on how to increase the speed would be appreciated

Hi - I am using a dongle but speeds have dropped noticeably in the past week or 10 days and call me sceptical but I think some mightier power is messing with the speeds

Ours is 3.50 Mbps, which is where it usually is, and we are just off Baris Mancho, in the heart of the Gaza strip, so if the road works were affecting internet speeds I would of thought we would have noticed.

Phone the Internet Helpdesk, on  4440375, press 99 for English, and tell the operator your Internet speed is very slow and ask them to turn it up. Normally they can do it whilst you are on the phone to them.

Be careful though, sometimes in older properties the wiring can't handle handle the high speeds, high for Calis that is, if our goes above 4Mbps we have problem with the connection dropping out every few minutes.

We dream of getting 4meg! Our download speed ig constantly around 0.68meg. TTNET say the maximum we can get is 3meg although we won't get that because we are 2km from the nearest relay station.

After almost a year of arguing with TTnet, I thought we had finally sorted out our problems, albeit that we are now paying around 114 TL per month for the Privilege, this week however the speed has been rubbish
